The Family Health Center accepts all insurance plans.  We are Preferred for Blue Cross Insurance.

• Aetna  Insurance  (which includes EBMS, Meritain, Assurant, and all others that fall under the Aetna network)
• Cigna
• MODA
• United Health Care

We also accept  Medicaid, Medicare (Existing patients only), and TRICARE,  and are also happy to see patients who are self-pay.  We will accept all medical insurances other than new patient Medicare, even if we are out of network,
