Please Bring Medications to Your AppointmentsIn order to ensure the accuracy of your medication and supplements, we ask that you bring the bottles and your medset if you have one to your appointments. This enables us to verify that you have picked up and are taking the medications we have prescribed and enables us to verify dosages of medications received from other doctors or the emergency room. Bringing in your medications saves us time and ensures your safety. We also require seeing your medications prior to refills.
